The Wine 101 class will focus on the basics of wine (growing, fermenting) and incorporate lesser known facts on wine and walk students through the process on how to smell and taste wine effectively to ensure maximum satisfaction.
The class is one and a half hours in duration.
Students will sample five (5) wines. Light appetizers and water will be served during the class.
